Augustine EWANE LOBE

Best known as a customer-centric pioneer in IT Service Management, Augustine is the Head of Customer Experience at Ecobank Cameroon, a Panafrican Brand in Financial Services whose vision is getting Africans to service Africans for the development of Africa. She has a strong interest in Banking & Finance and is passionate about her career within Ecobank Group. Before devoting her work to Ecobank in 2022, Augustine served as Head of Service Operations at a Panafrican Telecommunication organization for 15 years with a 12+ million customer base ranging from Corporate, Youth, Mass market, and public sectors. Key accomplishment in this long experience is the move of IT Service culture from Technology KPI driven to Customer Experience KPI driven. In addition to being a Leader in Business, she also co-creates The Cameroon Association of Customer Experience Professionals (CACEP), where she acts as the Vice President and Treasurer.
